Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre offers a wide variety of aquatic facilities ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy all year round. We have 3 indoor heated pools including a children’s splash pad, 25m pool, learn to swim pool and warm water program pool as well as a seasonal 50m outdoor heated pool.
50m pool outdoor
Our 8 lane heated outdoor 50m pool is a big hit with lap swimmers, large events and school groups and swimming clubs. Open seasonally the added amenities of pool pod, ensures our 50m pool caters to all the community.
25m pool indoor
In our climate controlled indoor aquatics area our 8 lane indoor heated 25m pool provides recreational swimmers, lap swimmers, alike a place to dive in year-round.
Splash pad
Our splash pad has everything to entertain the little ones, including slides, water guns, umbrella jet, tipping bucket, floor jets, twin splash, spray cannon, plux cane net line and more.
Learn to swim pool
The LTS pool is the perfect place to take the little ones for a splash with an easy ramp access entry and heated temperature all year round. Toys available while using the facility.
Warm water program pool
The warm water pool is heated to a warmer temperature than our other pools. This pool is designed to provide a relaxing experience and can be used for rehabilitation. With the ability to close of this pool from the main aquatics area controlling the sound and environment this pool caters for those with cultural and/or special needs.
Changerooms
All changerooms, including family changerooms, are conveniently located near pool deck for easy access before and after your swim.
Lockers
Lockers are available at no cost to members and visitors to use when accessing our facilities. Directions on how to use the lockers can be found on the inside of the locker door.
Swimwear policy
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times to maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment for all our patrons. Clothing, other than swimwear, can create problems with water clarity, pool disinfectant and our water filtration systems.
