When you book a birthday party with us at Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre, the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organise everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.
We offer pool and court parties which includes table cloths, activity books, pencils, personalised Happy Birthday on the TV, pool/court entry, room hire, Freddo Frog ice cream cake and individual lolly bags.
We strive to give the kids a party experience that will keep them talking about it for days to come. Our pool and sports parties are suitable for ages 5 – 12 years.
We have birthday packages to suit all budgets, choose from caters or BYO food.
Catered parties
Have all the hassle removed from your party with a range of menu options for catering in addition to a reserved table, seating and access to our aquatic facilities for your group.
- Menu 1 – Hot Chips, House Sausage Roll, Party Pies.
- Menu 2 – Hot Chips, Nuggets, Dim Sims, Mini Pizza.
- Menu 3 – Hot Chips, Sandwiches, Fruit Platter, Jelly Cup.
Party information
The party area is available 30min prior to the booking for set up and must be vacated no more than 30min after the completion of the party. Guests are welcome to stay and use the public spaces.
Saturday
12pm – 2pm, 3pm – 5pm
Sunday
11am – 1pm, 2pm – 4pm
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 participants are required for all parties, maximum of 25.
- Parties for less than 10 participants are required to pay the minimum amount.
- Parties are conducted for children aged between 5 and 12 years old.
Fees
- $25 per child
- Full payment prior to commencement of the party is required.
- You will be contacted the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending, menu option and any allergy requirements.
